- Lead and manage process technology projects
- Prepare client proposals, follow up, and secure purchase orders
- Handle supplier inquiries, evaluate quotations, and recommend best fit solutions
- Coordinate delivery of equipment and chemicals to clients
- Provide after sales services, technical support, and troubleshooting
- Assist in resolving customer issues and technical troubleshooting
- Manage payment follow up with suppliers and collections from clients
- Prepare and submit sales activity reports to management
- Attend manufacturer and partner training sessions as required
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 4 years of work experience in sales, preferably within industrial or oil & gas sectors
- Strong client relationship management and problem solving skills

Position Overview
- We are seeking a Sales & Service Engineer specializing in Mechanical Section, focused on driving sales, managing client relationships, and providing technical and after sales services for process systems and equipment.
