About the Role
Workplace Options is hiring a Senior Account Manager in Dubai to manage a portfolio of B2B clients in the EMEA region. The role involves proactive account management, upselling, and building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities
- Provide account management for clients throughout the EMEA region
- Upsell and consultative cross sell
- Close liaison with operations colleagues located in global service centers
- Work effectively with WPO account managers in the US, Europe and Asia as part of Global Account management team
- Develop and implement account management plans, including portfolio analysis, client contact, activity cycles, client retention and expansion activity
- Develop strong pro active client relationships, understanding customer business requirements and exceeding customer expectations
- Generate growth within the assigned client portfolio by value added solution sales of additional products and services to achieve set annual targets
- Undertake planning and launch activity for new clients and support existing clients with on going initiatives and contact activity
- Provide clients with utilization reporting, trend analysis and consultation to maximize the value of our services
- Take a lead role in responding to requests from clients for contract renewals and tenders
- Develop strong relationships with Workplace Options colleagues in all territories
- Any additional tasks pertinent to the position, as deemed appropriate by management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in management, business or related field
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Previous demonstrated experience in an account management role working in the B2B services sector or with 3rd party re sellers
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and professional presentation skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize and organize tasks to meet multiple deadlines
- Proficient with computers, web technology applications and Microsoft Office Suite
- Able to work independently as well as being part of a virtual team across a matrix structure

Current Opportunity: Senior Account Manager
- Location: UAE Dubai
- Required Languages: Fluent English and Arabic
- Hybrid role 3 days from office and 2 days remote
What you will do
- Provide account management for clients throughout the EMEA region.
- Upselling and consultative cross selling.

Qualifications/Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in management, business or related field.
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Previous demonstrated experience in an account management role working in the business to business services sector and or with 3rd party re sellers.
- Strong understanding of core requirements for an account management role and the ability to implement these.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and professional presentation skills, (both written & verbal).
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize and organize tasks to meet multiple deadlines.
- Flexibility; creative problem solving with ability to think “outside the box” to assist the client.
- Proficient with computers, web technology applications and competent in working with Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Able to work independently as well as being part of a virtual team across a matrix structure.
