Role Overview
Supervise site staff, daily operations, service quality, and compliance with site requirements.
Coordinate with clients, management, the Operations Manager, and other departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise site staff and daily activities, including deployment, attendance, and discipline.
- Monitor work quality and compliance with company standards.
- Conduct site inspections and report issues to management.
- Coordinate with clients on site requirements and complaints.
- Control the proper use of equipment, materials, uniforms, and company assets.
- Prepare daily site reports and attendance records.
- Resolve operational issues and arrange corrective actions.
- Ensure health, safety, and site procedures are followed.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage staff and handle client requirements.
- Basic computer and report-writing skills.
- UAE experience is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible shifts when required.
- Driving license is required.
Work Location
- Work location is in person at the site.
