Supervise daily security operations and security personnel.
Manage staff deployment, site inspections, incidents, equipment, reporting, and compliance with company and client standards.
Security Operations
- Supervise and coordinate daily security operations and security staff.
- Prepare duty schedules and ensure proper staff deployment.
- Conduct regular site inspections and patrols.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, uniforms, and performance.
- Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and client complaints.
Compliance and Coordination
- Ensure all security procedures and client instructions are followed.
- Prepare daily operational and incident reports.
- Coordinate with clients, management, and relevant authorities when required.
- Monitor security equipment and ensure proper usage.
- Identify security risks and take appropriate corrective action.
Requirements
- Previous experience in security supervision or operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of security procedures and emergency response.
- Ability to manage and motivate security personnel.
- Basic computer and report-writing skills.
- Physically fit and willing to work shifts.
- UAE driving license required.
- UAE security experience or license preferred.
Workplace
- The position is based in Dubai, Al Qouz-1.
- Work location is in person.
