Thrive Services is hiring a Patrolling Security Supervisor for facility management operations.
The role supervises guards, conducts patrols and site inspections, maintains security, responds to incidents, and ensures procedural compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor security guards and assigned posts.
- Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols and site inspections.
- Ensure access control and prevent unauthorized entry.
- Monitor CCTV and security equipment where applicable.
- Respond to emergencies, incidents, alarms, and security breaches.
- Check attendance, discipline, uniform, and grooming.
- Prepare daily patrol and incident reports.
- Coordinate with clients and emergency services when required.
- Ensure company procedures and client instructions are followed.
- Report suspicious activity, safety hazards, and incidents to management.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Security Supervisor or Security Guard is required.
- Strong leadership, communication, observation, and problem-solving abilities are required.
- The candidate must be physically fit and medically suitable for patrol duties.
- Knowledge of security procedures and emergency response is required.
- The candidate must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- UAE security experience or a security license is preferred.
- Basic English communication and report-writing skills are required.
- A UAE driving license is required.
Pay
- Pay is AED 1,800 to AED 2,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work is performed in person in Dubai, including the Al Quoz 1 area.
- The role involves patrol duties and site inspections.
