Role Overview
Supervise site staff and daily activities while ensuring smooth operations and service quality.
Coordinate with clients and management to meet site requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure proper staff deployment, attendance, and discipline.
- Monitor work quality and ensure company standards are followed.
- Conduct site inspections and report issues to management.
- Coordinate with clients regarding site requirements and complaints.
- Ensure proper use of equipment, materials, uniforms, and company assets.
- Prepare daily site reports and attendance records.
- Address operational issues and arrange corrective actions.
- Ensure health, safety, and site procedures are followed.
- Coordinate with the Operations Manager and other departments.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage staff and handle client requirements.
- Basic computer and report-writing skills.
- UAE experience is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible shifts when required.
- Driving license is required.
