Overview
Check Point seeks a Security Engineer Team Leader to build and lead a dynamic Sales Engineer team.
The role involves promoting and selling Check Point solutions, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate has a strong technical understanding of cybersecurity products, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in presales.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, coach and motivate a team of IT security engineers.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve individual and team goals.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
- Develop and implement effective technical strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and support new business opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market changes and cybersecurity technology.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to understand their needs and tailor cyber solutions.
- Ensure high level of customer/partner satisfaction and retention.
- Track and analyze technical performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement measures to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- Prepare and present regular reports on team performance to SE Director.
