Check Point Software is hiring a Professional Services Consultant to help customers secure hybrid networks, cloud environments, digital workspaces, and AI systems.

The role works with customers across industries and supports complex security implementations and consulting engagements.

The position requires collaboration with sales, research and development, technical assistance, and other Check Point teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver Professional Services engagements according to Check Point standards.
  • Provide security consultancy to major customers.
  • Integrate and implement Check Point high-end products in complex networking environments.
  • Perform technical account management duties for key accounts as required.
  • Provide product training and customer workshops.
  • Develop methods of procedure and low-level designs to meet customer criteria.
  • Develop test plans and test new features and products before production deployment.
  • Troubleshoot Check Point products when required.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • At least 5–8+ years of experience with IP-based networks, network design, and security products.
  • Strong understanding of routing, switching, load balancing, firewalls, VPN, IPS, antivirus, application control, TCP/IP, and cybersecurity concepts.
  • Experience with Check Point GAIA and with implementing, migrating, upgrading, and optimizing Check Point high-end products.
  • Experience with multiple operating systems, including Windows and Linux.
  • Check Point certification such as CCSA or CCSE.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer-oriented approach and post-sales experience with direct face-to-face service.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with VSX, Multi-Domain Security Management, and Scalable Platforms.
  • CCSM or CCSME certification.
  • Good Linux command-line knowledge.
  • Scripting skills and knowledge of automation tools such as Ansible.
  • Experience with Check Point Harmony and CloudGuard.
