Job Description
AFG College with UoA is seeking a proactive and organized Secretary to join its team in Doha.
The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule meetings, manage correspondence, and maintain records.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate office activities and support team members as required.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with precision.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of work.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a secretarial or administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently.
Language Requirement
- Arabic language proficiency is stated as required in the separate language section.
- The requirements section describes Arabic proficiency as a plus, creating a source conflict.
