Responsibilities
- Handle the buying and selling of secondary market properties including apartments, villas, and commercial units
- Generate leads through networking, property portals, referrals, and company database
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals between buyers and sellers
- Advise clients on market conditions, pricing trends, and investment opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, and investors
- Prepare and manage all required documentation for transactions
- Coordinate with brokers, developers, and legal teams to ensure smooth deal closures
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of listings, inquiries, and transactions in CRM systems
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate secondary sales (UAE experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Dubai property market and RERA regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated with strong sales drive and target orientation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
- RERA certification is an advantage (or willingness to obtain)

- We are seeking a motivated and results driven Secondary Sales Agent to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will specialize in buying, selling, and leasing properties in the secondary (resale) market, with a strong understanding of Dubai’s property landscape and client relationship managem
