Role Overview
Perm role for a Scrum Master based in Abu Dhabi.
The role supports agile delivery across multiple teams in a banking environment.
Experience and Knowledge
- 10+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master, preferably in a large organization.
- Considerable knowledge of traditional and agile project management methodologies.
- Good familiarity with project management tools and mobile app release mechanisms.
- Deep expertise in Scrum, with exposure to one or more scaling frameworks.
- Knowledge of at least one other agile approach, such as Kanban, Scrumban, Lean, or XP.
- Understanding of software development.
- Knowledge of banking products, digital channels, especially mobile and internet banking, and related services.
- Strong technical background for working with multiple teams across the bank.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
- Good understanding of technical application security, compliance, and audit requirements.
Preferred Qualification
- Certification as a Scrum Master, such as CSM, PSM, SSM, or PMI-ACP, is an added advantage.
