The employer is hiring an SAP S/4HANA Finance Implementation and Support professional for a contracting company in Dubai.
The role supports client-side implementation projects, partner and stakeholder coordination, user adoption, and ongoing system support.
Implementation and support
- Participate in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation, rollout, migration, and enhancement projects.
- Analyze finance and accounting requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Configure and support SAP S/4HANA Finance processes.
- Provide functional support during implementation and after go-live.
Process analysis and design
- Work with Finance and Accounting teams to understand business processes and system requirements.
- Support process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design during ERP transformation projects.
- Prepare functional documentation and identify process improvement and standardization opportunities.
Testing and user support
- Support system testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing.
- Assist with finance data migration, validation, and reconciliation.
- Troubleshoot functional issues with technical and business teams.
- Conduct user training and support end users during and after implementation.
Stakeholder collaboration
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP consultants, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support change requests, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Help ensure adoption of SAP S/4HANA Finance processes and provide post-implementation support.
Experience requirements
- Proven experience in at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation project.
- Strong functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance, including FI/CO modules.
- Experience with Finance or Accounting teams during ERP transformation projects.
- Hands-on experience with SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, or ECC to S/4HANA migration projects.
- Experience in testing, UAT, data migration, user training, and post-go-live support.
Education and background
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Background in Finance, Accounting, Financial Reporting, or ERP systems is preferred.
Skillset
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance processes and configuration.
- Understanding of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Accounting.
- Knowledge of Cost Center Accounting and financial planning processes.
- Ability to map business processes and translate finance requirements into SAP solutions.
- Experience with testing, UAT, issue resolution, data migration, reconciliation, user training, and post-go-live support.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with Finance teams and technical stakeholders.
