Role Overview
Drive business growth for a solar lighting and advanced battery product portfolio.
Serve commercial, industrial, infrastructure, and government sectors through renewable energy products.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and acquire new dealers, distributors, EPC contractors, government projects, and institutional clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
- Build long-term relationships with key customers and channel partners.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business development plans.
- Mentor junior sales executives and support the sales team in achieving business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of sales experience in solar, batteries, electrical products, lighting, renewable energy, or related industries.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- A strong network with distributors, contractors, EPC companies, or institutional customers is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
