Overview

  • SAP Business Development Manager is required by out global client for spearheading its SAP Sales effort in the Middle East in identifying and securing new SAP project opportunities
  • **Individual Contributor SAP Sales role**
  • For this role we need somebody in UAE with strong connections all over the UAE and ideally also KSA.
  • Our client is looking for somebody with experience in the past as either an SAP Consultant / SAP Architect or SAP Project Manager in order to lead sales initiatives for the next 24 months and beyond for cloud adoption / SAP RISE / SAP BTP.
  • Essential experience must include a strong track record in a SAP Sales Lead or SAP Business Development Manager role in the UAE / or across the GCC and the successful candidate must have worked for one of the major SAP Implementation partners, consultancies or SIs with a proven track record record in new logo acquisition and performance against and exceeding targets

  • (CIOs, CFOs, CEOs) and IT heads to understand their pain points and business goals.
  • Managing the entire sales process from initial lead generation and market screening to proposal preparation (RFP/RFQ), negotiation, and final closure.
  • Actively engaging with
  • SAP’s field sales organizations
  • and implementation partners to collaborate on joint account planning and win strategies.
  • Creating and articulating innovative business visions and value propositions that demonstrate how SAP solutions can solve a client's specific business challenges
  • Essential experience must include
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, specifically within the SAP marketplace.
  • Deep understanding of the SAP product suite, including cloud offerings (SaaS/PaaS) and industry-specific solutions.
  • Previous experience as an SAP Consultant or Project Manager
  • Must have proven track record selling SAP Services and projects for a major SI, Implementation partner or global Consultancy
  • Proficiency in sales methodologies to lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills are non-negotiable for presenting technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
