Responsibilities
- Collection and filing of completed and signed Daily Task EHS documentation while maintaining the EHS folder both electronic and hard copies
- In absence of the EHS Manager create toolbox talk for the team and attend the EHS meetings
- Safety training coordination for (new) personnel and visitors; liaise with 3rd parties to extract personnel information and documentation
- Logging and loading personnel onto the Data Scope System (Site Personnel Management system)
- Book, track and chase deliveries where required
- Collect and process time sheets in order to generate overviews and statistics
- Support Site Manager and Project Manager in preparation of Daily activity report and daily tracker; track short term future plans (3 4 weeks)
- Maintaining a daily works schedule to record daily task progressing
- Ensuring the collection and collating of Third Party test results / calibration certificates and filing on SharePoint in the correct folder
- Ensuring the collection and collating of test results from the site engineers and filing on SharePoint in the correct folder
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years working in a similar role for a major global corporation
- Construction industry experience
- Able to be on site in Abu Dhabi 5 days per week
- Minimum of 3 years previous administration for a team and/or a demanding environment
- Excellent (Advanced) working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
- Must be experienced with Microsoft product suite
- Must have right to work in UAE

Role Overview
- The Project Coordinator / project admin provides critical on site administrative support for the project delivery team for large data centers.
- Working in a complex and dynamic environment, this role ensures that processes are clear and followed on a daily basis and that site data such as time tracking is accurate and reported in a timely manner.
- This role is ideal for a motivated individual with an aptitude for problem solving, learning, and organizing in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities include but not limited to

Essential previous experience must include
- Minimum of 2 years working in a similar role for a major global corporation.
- Construction industry experience.
- Able to be on site in Abu Dhabi 5 days per week.
- Minimum of 3 years previous administration for a team and/or a demanding environment.
- Excellent (Advanced) working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
- Must be experienced with Microsoft product suite.
- Additional familiarity with Compass, Datascope, ViewPoint and SharePoint would be seen as a plus.
- Proactive, accountable, structured, resourceful, and able to work well with a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Must have right to work in UAE.
