Role Overview
Join a leading technology organization as an experienced SAP Basis, Security, and IAG Consultant in Dubai.
The permanent, full-time role is on-site and requires an immediate or short-notice start.
The role combines SAP administration, security, identity access governance, license optimization, audit readiness, and project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of hands-on SAP Basis, SAP Security, and SAP IAG implementation or support experience.
- Strong SAP Cloud IAG experience covering risk analysis, role design, access workflows, SoD remediation, and access certification.
- Strong SAP Basis experience across S/4HANA, ECC, HANA, Fiori, BTP, and Solution Manager.
- Strong SAP Security and Authorizations knowledge, including PFCG, SU01/SU10/SUIM, SU53, and STAUTHTRACE.
- Experience with SAP GRC Access Control, IAS/IPS integration, STMS, CTS+, and ChaRM.
- Working knowledge of SAP license measurement, FUE optimization, and user classification.
- Experience supporting IT audits and control remediation.
- Familiarity with ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management in an SLA-driven environment.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Immediate availability or a short notice period is strongly preferred.
Technical Skills
- SAP DMS, Content Server, ArchiveLink, SARA, and SAP HANA administration are listed as areas of exposure.
- SAP certification in Basis, Security, GRC, or IAG is desirable.
- Experience in controlled or audit-intensive SAP landscapes is desirable.
- Understanding of least-privilege access, SoD controls, and SAP access governance is desirable.

- This is a permanent, full-time, on-site opportunity in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Perform SAP Basis administration and support across enterprise SAP landscapes.
- Manage SAP Security and authorizations, including role administration and access troubleshooting.
- Implement and support SAP Cloud IAG risk analysis, role design, access workflows, segregation-of-duties remediation, and access certification.
- Support SAP landscapes including S/4HANA, ECC, HANA, Fiori, BTP, and Solution Manager.
- Manage SAP GRC Access Control and IAS/IPS integrations.
- Deliver transport and change activities using STMS, CTS+, and ChaRM.
- Optimize SAP license measurement, FUE usage, and user classification.
- Support IT audits and remediate identified controls.
- Apply ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management in an SLA-driven environment.
- Support SAP DMS, Content Server, ArchiveLink, SARA, and SAP HANA administration activities.
- Contribute to SAP project delivery and audit readiness.
