***Job Summary:***
We are looking for a skilled and efficient Sandwich Maker to prepare high-quality sandwiches and related food items according to customer orders and company standards.
The ideal candidate should have good food preparation skills, hygiene awareness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
***Key Responsibilities:***
Prepare sandwiches, wraps, and other menu items as per recipes and customer orders
Ensure proper portioning, presentation, and quality of food items
Handle food ingredients safely and maintain freshness standards
Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards at all times
Maintain cleanliness of the work station, equipment, and utensils
Assist in stock checking and proper storage of food items
Coordinate with kitchen staff and service team for smooth operations
Manage customer special requests and dietary requirements when needed
Minimize food wastage and maintain portion control
Support daily kitchen operations as required
*Required Skills & Qualifications:*
High school education or equivalent
1–2 years of experience in food preparation or sandwich making (preferred)
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment
Good teamwork and communication skills
Attention to detail and consistency in food preparation
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in cafes, restaurants, or fast-food outlets
Food handling certificate is an advantage
Knowledge of different cuisines and sandwich varieties
