Responsibilities

Build and execute logistics strategy to deliver efficient, cost effective, scalable operations across a global supply chain
Manage freight, transportation, import/export, customs clearance, and international distributor shipments
Oversee warehousing operations across existing Dubai facilities and support setup/management of future EU warehouses
Lead 3PL and vendor performance with clear SLAs and service levels
Select carriers, negotiate contracts/rates, and drive measurable logistics cost reduction
Optimise shipping methods, routing, pallet configurations, and transport solutions
Partner with suppliers/manufacturers/production/loading teams to coordinate shipments and ensure product availability
Own inventory accuracy and visibility across company owned and third party storage locations; manage replenishment
Oversee order fulfilment to ensure accurate, on time, cost effective deliveries across international markets
Build KPI dashboards and manage performance across transport cost, warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, etc.
Ensure compliance across import/export regulations, customs requirements, and shipping documentation
Manage logistics budgets, freight spend, and forecasts; identify working capital and continuous improvement opportunities

Requirements

Proven logistics leadership in FMCG or similarly fast moving, multi SKU environments
Strong experience across international shipping, customs/import export, distributor deliveries, and 3PL management
Commercial strength: carrier selection, contract negotiation, rate management, and cost optimisation
Warehouse and inventory control capability (process, accuracy, visibility, KPI discipline)
Data led operator who can build reporting, spot issues early, and implement sustainable improvements
Comfortable operating in a growth environment with changing requirements and expansion plans

Build and execute logistics strategy to deliver efficient, cost effective, scalable operations across a global supply chain
Manage freight, transportation, import/export, customs clearance, and international distributor shipments
Oversee warehousing operations across existing Dubai facilities and support the setup/management of future EU warehouses
Lead 3PL and vendor performance (warehouses, freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers) with clear SLAs and service levels
Select carriers, negotiate contracts/rates, and drive measurable logistics cost reduction without compromising service
Optimise shipping methods, routing, pallet configurations, and transport solutions to maximise efficiency
Partner with suppliers/manufacturers/production/loading teams to coordinate shipments and ensure product availability
Own inventory accuracy and visibility across company owned and third party storage locations; manage replenishment
Oversee order fulfilment to ensure accurate, on time, cost effective deliveries across international markets
Build KPI dashboards and manage performance across transport cost, warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, stock levels, OTD, quality, and customer satisfaction
Ensure compliance across import/export regulations, customs requirements, and shipping documentation
