The Salesforce nCino BSA works with business and technical teams on Salesforce projects.
The role gathers requirements, designs solutions, and supports delivery activities.
Workplace
- The role is hybrid, with three days at 160 Front Street West in Toronto, Ontario.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of business analyst or business systems analyst experience is required.
- At least 4 years of Salesforce experience is required.
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence is required.
- Strong communication and analytical skills are required.
- Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment and a good understanding of integrations are required.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document requirements, user stories, and process flows.
- Work with developers and architects to deliver scalable solutions.
- Support UAT, testing, and production validation.
- Coordinate stakeholder communication and delivery activities.
- Support reporting, dashboards, and data analysis.
Technical Skills
- Strong Salesforce experience and knowledge of nCino are expected.
- Salesforce certifications are advantageous.
- Banking or financial services domain experience is advantageous.
