About the Role

Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging sales training programmes for new and existing team members
- Conduct onboarding sessions to ensure new hires are equipped with needed knowledge and skills
- Coach sales professionals on consultative selling, objection handling, negotiation, and closing techniques
- Identify skill gaps through performance reviews and recommend targeted development plans
- Work closely with sales leadership to improve team performance and drive revenue growth
- Deliver refresher training, workshops, role play sessions, and continuous learning initiatives
- Monitor training effectiveness and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
Requirements
- Proven experience in Sales Training, Sales Enablement, B2B Sales, Business Development, or Strategic Partnerships
- Strong understanding of the complete sales cycle and modern sales methodologies
- Previous experience coaching, mentoring, onboarding, or developing sales professionals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Commercial mindset with ability to inspire and motivate teams
- UAE experience is highly preferred

Overview
