Responsibilities
- Advise on corporate structures and company formation requirements for UAE entities
- Review, assess, and support company formation and restructuring transactions
- Draft, review, and amend legal documents, commercial agreements, contracts, notices, and legal memoranda
- Conduct legal research and provide guidance on UAE corporate laws, company regulations, and employment legislation
- Perform due diligence on legal documentation and corporate transactions
- Support internal stakeholders by providing legal guidance across various business functions
- Assist with strategic and operational projects within the department
- Review transaction quality, resolve escalated cases, and identify process improvements
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports and contribute to continuous operational enhancements
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (mandatory)
- 2 4 years of experience in a Corporate Paralegal or similar legal role
- Previous experience within business setup, company formation, corporate services, or free zone industry is essential
- Strong knowledge of UAE corporate law and company formation procedures
- Experience drafting legal documents, contracts, and conducting legal due diligence
- Excellent legal research and analytical skills
- Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
