- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals
- Provide guidance, feedback, and regular performance reviews to team members
- Set clear expectations for performance and behavior and ensure accountability
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to formulate strategy, sales tactics and approaches
- Identify training needs and provide ongoing coaching to enhance the team's skills and capabilities
- Oversee the handling of customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Provide monthly feedback and performance evaluations to ensure continuous improvement
- Identify areas for process improvement and operational efficiency within the B2C function
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field
- Business setup/company formation industry experience mandatory
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their best performance
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data and generate insights
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Strong negotiation, problem solving, and decision making abilities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

About the Role
- Our client is currently hiring a dynamic Team Leader – Associate Consultants, responsible for leading and managing the Associate Consultant team of sales professionals to achieve their sales targets, deliver exceptional customer experiences to clients, and contribute to the overall growth and succes
Key Accountabilities
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals.
