Position Summary
The Sales Support Executive supports the sales function through preparation and analysis of sales data and recommendations.
The role is based in Jeddah, KSA, and is described as full-time.
A Day in the Life
- Support monthly sales-target preparation by salesperson and calculate sales-force incentives.
- Maintain sales forecast tools supporting MBPC, MIP, and ladder sheets.
- Prepare daily and ad hoc reports and analyses for monitoring sales operations.
- Consolidate customer sell-out and stock-on-hand reports for e-commerce.
- Prepare data and templates for monthly meetings and participate in key sales-team meetings.
- Maintain customer data with finance and control, channel managers, and business services.
- Create and maintain unified e-commerce customer listing templates with product details.
- Track master-data update requests and maintain accurate account information, including costs, item codes, and barcodes.
- Coordinate cross-functional follow-up to accelerate issue resolution and ensure business continuity.
What Will Make You Successful
- Be a university graduate or hold an equivalent qualification.
- Have advanced computer skills and advanced Excel skills.
- Demonstrate very good analytical skills and effective communication.
- Have 1-2 years of relevant experience in a sales executive role.
