Position Summary
Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for VMI and CMI customers.
Manage the end-to-end customer replenishment process to deliver accurate, timely execution and agreed service levels.
Use systems and processes to proactively fulfill customer demand.

- The position is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
- The position is full-time.
A Day in the Life
- Drive customer satisfaction by meeting service fulfillment measures.
- Analyze customer behavior trends and out-of-stock risks.
- Use planning, forecasting, and replenishment techniques to manage customer inventory and service levels.
- Generate optimized replenishment orders using sales history, forecasts, and customer and Nestlé stock availability.
- Maintain VMI system inputs, including network changes, lead times, delivery expectations, and new product introductions.
- Optimize distribution costs with logistics, demand and supply planning, transportation, and supply chain analytics partners.
- Resolve customer stock replenishment issues and provide accurate, timely stock information.
- Execute operational demand and supply review strategies for stock allocation based on business and customer priorities.
