Position Summary

The Medical Delegate is the frontline ambassador of infant and follow-on nutrition products with healthcare professionals in Riyadh.

The role builds science-based healthcare professional relationships, supports compliant recommendations, and executes the territory call plan to deliver growth and coverage targets.

A Day in the Life

  • Execute the healthcare professional call cycle and segmentation plan across the assigned Riyadh territory.
  • Meet call-rate and frequency targets.
  • Deliver compliant scientific detailing on nutritional science and the product range.
  • Build trusted relationships with paediatricians, nutritionists, clinic staff, hospital staff, and gatekeepers.
  • Develop new healthcare professional relationships and untapped accounts.
  • Complete follow-up on scientific requests and questions within agreed timelines.
  • Log calls, healthcare professional data, and market intelligence accurately in the CRM system.
  • Monitor competitor activity, healthcare professional sentiment, and local market dynamics.
  • Support approved scientific meetings, hospital events, and healthcare professional education activities.
  • Comply with the WHO Code, Nestlé policies, and local regulatory requirements.
  • Manage journey planning and participate in joint field visits with the MFM.

What Will Make You Successful

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing, Nutrition, or a related life-science field.
  • Prior pharmaceutical, FMCG-health, or medical/nutrition field promotion experience is preferred.
  • Fluent Arabic and good spoken and written English are required.
  • A valid Saudi driving license, own car, and willingness to travel daily within Riyadh and remote areas are required.

Territory

  • The role covers daily field activity across the assigned Riyadh territory and remote areas.
