Location

  • The role is located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Position Summary

Lead bottom-up consensus demand plans for categories within the cluster.

Maintain product availability, freshness, inventory efficiency, and service-level performance to support category growth.

Demand and Supply Planning

  • Lead an 18-month consensus demand plan aligned with cluster, category, channel, and commercial ambitions.
  • Use sellout and inventory-management data by category, district, and SKU to support forecasting decisions.
  • Run price elasticity simulations and model multiscenario volume impacts across product portfolios.
  • Develop baseline forecasts for new product launches and promotions using market, competitor, and commercial inputs.

Inventory and Operations

  • Create monthly end-to-end plans to prevent out-of-stock situations and overstock.
  • Coordinate supply, freshness, inventory, clearance, category supply, logistics, and commercial visibility activities.
  • Support order fulfillment management, out-of-stock reason-code assignment, and improvement action plans.
  • Govern monthly pallet projections and warehouse-space planning with warehouse and logistics stakeholders.

Performance Management

  • Monitor KPIs including growth, tonnage, demand-plan accuracy, bias, stock cover, service level, and bad goods.
  • Maintain and communicate the demand-planning learning log covering deviations from actual performance.
  • Coordinate promotional stock availability and on-time execution with the local A&P team.
  • Contribute to bad-goods reduction through stakeholder reviews, action plans, and escalation of material risks.

What Makes You Successful

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Supply Chain.
  • At least 2 years of experience in demand planning.
  • F&B background is a plus.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
