- Oversee daily sales operations and guide the performance of the sales team
- Monitor individual and team targets, coach sales staff, and provide regular feedback
- Analyze sales data, prepare performance reports, and identify opportunities to optimize processes, pricing, and customer engagement
- Coordinate training sessions, support customer escalations, ensure adherence to company policies and standards
- Collaborate with other departments to support promotional activities and strategic initiatives
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales metrics, forecast performance, and support data driven decision making
- Team management and training skills to supervise sales staff, organize coaching sessions, and develop team capabilities
- Maintain relationship with retailers and shops managers
- Communication skills to convey expectations clearly, present reports, collaborate with stakeholders, and support cross functional initiatives
- Relevant experience in sales supervision or team lead roles, preferably in retail, hospitality, or service oriented industries
- Proficiency with basic office software
- Strong commercial awareness is preferred
- Ability to work on site in Doha, Qatar, with a flexible approach to schedules aligned to business needs
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial

Role Description
- The Sales Supervisor is a full time, on site role based in Doha, Qatar, responsible for overseeing daily sales operations and guiding the performance of the sales team.
Responsibilities
