- Proficiency in English language

Position Overview
- An international consultancy company is seeking a Risk Management Expert for its building construction, Land and Water Transport Infrastructure project located in East Africa Rwanda.
Qualifications
- Risk management expert shall hold at least Master’s degree in Risk Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Project Management, or Engineering from a recognized university.
Experience
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in risk management within large scale projects, infrastructure programs, or donor funded initiatives.
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior advisory or leadership role overseeing risk management strategies.
- Demonstrated expertise in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating financial, operational, and technical risks in complex projects.
- Proven track record in developing risk registers, contingency plans, and monitoring frameworks.
- Familiarity with the regulatory and institutional environment in Rwanda and/or the East African region will be considered an asset.
- Proficiency in English Language is a must.
