- Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, CRM usage, and sales reporting
- Deliver high quality buyer experience and manage client expectations
Requirements
- Proven experience in Sales and Residential Real estate sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets, minimum 15 years in big name real estate companies
- Hands on expertise in Sales Operations including pipeline management, forecasting, CRM usage, and sales reporting
- Strong Customer Service skills with ability to manage client expectations and deliver high quality buyer experience
- Demonstrated Team Management capabilities including coaching, performance management, and developing high performing sales teams
- Experience in Business Development including identifying new markets, building strategic partnerships, and expanding client portfolios
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English; Arabic language proficiency is highly beneficial
- Solid understanding of the Riyadh residential real estate market and regulatory environment is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
- Strong analytical and decision making skills with ability to use data to drive strategy and improvements
- Ability to work on site in Riyadh and collaborate effectively with cross functional teams

Role Description
- A Real Estate Development Company located in KSA is looking to hire Sales Director
- Company has a huge portfolio in KSA more than 20 Billion SAR projects in Jeddah, Riyhad, Makkah and others
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales and Residential Real estate sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets minimum 15 years experience in big name real estate companies
- Hands on expertise in Sales Operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, CRM usage, and sales reporting
- Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to manage client expectations and deliver a high quality buyer experience
