Requirements
- Master's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Economics
- Professional certification such as CIPS or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in procurement and supply chain management
- Experience in large scale infrastructure projects (construction, transport, or water sectors)
- Proven experience in public procurement processes including tender preparation, bid evaluation, contract award, and contract administration
- Strong familiarity with national procurement laws and international donor funded procurement procedures (e.g., World Bank, AfDB)
- Demonstrated experience in contract management, supplier performance monitoring, and logistics coordination
- Experience in managing complex, multi stakeholder procurement activities within government or large programs

Position Overview
- An international consultancy company is seeking a Procurement & Supply chain Management Expert for its building construction, Land and Water Transport Infrastructure project located in East Africa Rwanda.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Economics.
- Professional certification such as CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Additional training in public procurement systems and contract management is an added advantage.
Experience
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in procurement and supply chain management, preferably in large scale infrastructure projects (construction, transport, or water sectors).
- Proven experience in public procurement processes, including tender preparation, bid evaluation, contract award, and contract administration.
- Strong familiarity with national procurement laws and international donor funded procurement procedures (e.g. World Bank, AfDB, or similar institutions).
- Demonstrated experience in contract management, supplier performance monitoring, and logistics coordination.
- Experience in managing complex, multi stakeholder procurement activities within government or large programs.
