Job Summary
- To provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and presenting products that align with their preferences, ensuring satisfaction.
- Through these practices, the Sales Associate is expected to achieve the designated sales targets.
Key Responsibilities And Duties
- Welcome customers warmly and assist them in selecting products.
- Explain product features, pricing, and current promotional offers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets as set by management.
- Monitor in store inventory to ensure the availability of required products.
- Organize and merchandise products within the showroom effectively.
- Address customer inquiries and assist them in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Handle customer complaints professionally or escalate them to the Showroom Manager when necessary.
- Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service that reflects a positive image of the showroom.
