Job Overview

  • We are seeking a Saudi motivated and customer focused Call Center Specialist to join our dynamic team.
  • In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to address inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance their overall experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer calls, emails, and chats.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and information.
  • Document all interactions accurately in our customer relationship management system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of products, services, and promotions.
  • Handle complaints and escalations with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • SAUDI NATIONALITY ONLY
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
