About the Role
GUTHMI Group is looking for a Graphic Designer to collaborate with marketing and digital teams, conceptualize visuals, and manage design projects from concept to production. The role requires proficiency in design software and the ability to work with external printers.

Responsibilities
- Liaise with Marketing and Digital team on requirements and timescales
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Revamp Social Media look and feel in collaboration with Digital team and content creation team
- Present ideas and prepare the content calendar posts
- Manage proposals from typesetting through to graphic design, print and production
- Use appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
- Keep clients up to date, listen to and act on feedback, explain rationale behind design decisions
- Keep up to date with design and software trends
- Liaise with external printers or production teams to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to highest quality
- Amend designs after feedback
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on brand
Requirements
- Proficiency in graphic design software and tools
- Ability to conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Experience with social media design and content calendars
- Knowledge of print production processes
- Strong communication skills to liaise with teams and clients
