About the Role
GUTHMI Group is seeking an Accessories Sales Supervisor to oversee sales targets, inventory, and customer accounts for accessories in Jeddah. The role involves studying goals, managing stock, monitoring competitors, and supervising sales representatives.

Responsibilities
- Study monthly and annual goals for all customer centers and follow up on achievements with sales supervisors inside and outside the Kingdom
- Study accessories inventory periodically and inform the purchasing department to place new orders
- Study prices of existing items compared to competitors and adjust prices after management approval
- Rotate inventory in warehouses and supply missing items
- Follow up on key customers personally with sales representatives
- Follow up on accounts receivable for all customers and ensure collection
- Follow up with all supervisors inside and outside Saudi Arabia regarding inquiries and problem resolution
- Monitor competitor activity in the market
- Bring new items to support accessories sales
Requirements
- Experience in sales supervision and inventory management
- Ability to study and set sales goals
- Knowledge of market pricing and competitor analysis
- Strong follow up and problem solving skills

الوصف الوظيفي
- دراسة الاهداف لجميع مراكز العملاء ووضعها بشكل شهري وسنوي ومتابعة المحقق بشكل دوري مع مشرفي المبيعات بالمراكز داخل وخارج المملكة والعمل على تحقيقها
- دراسة مخزون الإكسسوار بشكل دوري واعلام قسم المشتريات لتثبيت الطلبات الجديدة
- دراسة اسعار الاصناف الموجودة بالمقارنة مع اسعار المنافسين بالسوق وتعديل أي سعر قد يتطلب تعديله بعد اخذ موافقة الادارة
- تدوير المخزون بالمستودعات وتزويد المستودعات بالأصناف الناقصة لجميع الاصناف
- متابعة كبار العملاء بشكل شخصي مع مندوبي المبيعات
- متابعة الحسابات الآجلة لجميع العملاء ومتابعة التحصيل لهم
- المتابعة مع جميع المشرفين بداخل السعودية وخارجها بما يخص أي استفسار وحل أي مشكلة قد تحدث
- متابعة نشاط المنافسين بالسوق
- احضار اصناف جديدة لدعم مبيعات الاكسسوار
