Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through calls, networking, and visits
- Contact potential clients and present company services
- Follow up on incoming inquiries and convert them into qualified opportunities
- Support Senior Sales Team in client meetings and presentations
- Assist in preparing basic quotations and proposals
- Maintain regular follow ups with clients to ensure conversion
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and prospects
- Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams for solutions
- Provide updates on client feedback and market insights
- Maintain accurate records of leads and activities in CRM system
- Track sales pipeline and update status regularly
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1–4 years of sales experience (preferably in UAE market)
- Experience in exhibitions, interiors, or events industry is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic sales and negotiation abilities
- Customer focused and target driven mindset
- Ability to learn technical product/service knowledge quickly
- Good CRM and follow up discipline

Role Overview
- We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and results oriented Sales Specialist – Interior Fit Out.
- The ideal candidate will support business growth by generating leads, converting opportunities into sales, building strong client relationships, and promoting the company's services across interior fit out, exhibitions, and event solutions.

Required Qualifications & Experience
