About the Role
Arla Foods is hiring a Sales Representative to achieve sales, collection, and merchandising targets in an assigned area. Responsibilities include creating LPOs, ensuring product visibility, managing inventory, and collecting payments.

Responsibilities
- Optimize and achieve sales targets to the assigned customers / route/area
- Responsible for creating LPO and timely delivery for assigned customers by coordinating with Delivery Driver / Logistic Coordinator
- Follow the visit schedule assigned by Supervisor/ Manager
- Responsible for correct and optimized implementation of displays (regular or promotional) as per planogram
- Merchandise all products as per pre defined Arla parameters (FIFO, shelves hygiene, POS material, no damaged/expired products)
- Ensure availability and best possible visibility of entire approved ranges of products at all times
- Maintain appropriate stock levels outlet wise and prepare GRVs
- Ensure payment collection within stipulated time period
- Enter all orders in People Soft
- Follow UAE traffic rules while driving and responsible for vehicle maintenance
Requirements
- FMCG experience in a reputed company – minimum 2 years
- Sales Exposure of minimum 2 years
- Good merchandising skills
- Ability to manage inventory effectively in the designated markets
- English skills at Independent user level, B1 or B2, written and verbal
- Computer literacy
- UAE driving license
- Min. 12 years of Education

Purpose of the Job
- Carry out tasks set by the direct supervisor in the assigned area in a responsible manner in accordance to set sales, collection and merchandising targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize and achieve sales targets to the assigned customers / route/area.
- Responsible for creating LPO and timely delivery for his assigned customers by coordinating with Delivery Driver / Logistic Coordinator.
- Follow the visit schedule assigned by Supervisor/ Manager.
- Responsible for correct and optimized implementation of displays (regular or promotional) as per planogram.
- Merchandise all products as per pre defined Arla parameters (FIFO, shelves hygiene, POS material, no damaged/expired products).
- Propose shelf rental agreements to Supervisors.
- Ensure availability and best possible visibility of entire approved ranges of products at all times.
- Maintain appropriate stock levels outlet wise and prepare GRVs.
- Timely submission of reports or market surveys as requested.
- Ensure payment collection within stipulated time period.
- Enter all orders in People Soft.
- Follow UAE traffic rules while driving and responsible for vehicle maintenance.
Competencies
- FMCG experience in a reputed company – minimum 2 years.
- Sales Exposure of minimum 2 years.
