About the Role
Medtronic seeks a Sales Representative for its Diabetes division to sell the full range of Diabetes products in the Central region of Saudi Arabia. The role involves developing tactical plans, achieving sales targets, educating patients, and building relationships with key opinion leaders.

Responsibilities
- Develop detailed tactical plans that set SMART objectives for the accelerated progression of Medtronic Diabetes Portfolio
- Fully understand the product application in relation to the Saudi healthcare market
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales objectives and targets and initiatives
- Attend meetings/workshops and exhibitions as required, which may include some out of hours working
- Build and maintain an effective network of relevant key opinion leaders within the market
- Educate patients to onboard them on our Pumps or help troubleshoot issues
- Follow up on orders with Customer Service & Logistics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 1 3 years of sales experience in Diabetes or background education/work experience in Diabetes, Nutrition, or Medical Related in Hospital using Advanced Medical Devices
- Full current Saudi Driving Licence
- Based in Riyadh
- Ability to demonstrate growth and new business gained
- Proven record of strong cross function collaboration
- Natural ability to spot a business opportunity and able to persuade and influence others

- You will be responsible for selling the full range of Diabetes products. Managing the territory from both a Clinical and Sales aspect in Central region.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed tactical plans that set SMART objectives for the accelerated progression of Medtronic Diabetes Portfolio.
- Fully understand the product application in relation to the Saudi healthcare market.
- Achieve of quarterly and annual sales objectives and targets and initiatives.
- Attend meetings/workshops and exhibitions as required, which may include some out of hours working from time to time.
- Build and maintain an effective network of relevant key opinion leaders within the market.
- Educating Patients to onboard them on our Pumps or help Troubleshoot issues.
- Following up on Orders with Customer Service & Logistics.
Required Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to demonstrate growth and new business gained.

- Full Current Saudi Driving Licence
- Based in Riyadh
