Role Overview

  • The Sales Operations Executive supports a business unit sales team selling across regions, brands, and customers.
  • Provides structured sales administration, Salesforce support, data analysis, reporting, and information entry.
  • Reports to the Sales Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update Salesforce and associated sales order processing tools with sales contracts.
  • Provide forms for sales, stand upsells, promo opportunities, catalogue, and stand sharing.
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert on Salesforce business process for sales teams.
  • Assist with administrative activities for pipeline data and event floor plan queries.
  • Key liaison with Billings, Credit Control, Customer Service, Operations for post sale handover.
