Role Overview
- The Sales Operations Executive supports a business unit sales team selling across regions, brands, and customers.
- Provides structured sales administration, Salesforce support, data analysis, reporting, and information entry.
- Reports to the Sales Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update Salesforce and associated sales order processing tools with sales contracts.
- Provide forms for sales, stand upsells, promo opportunities, catalogue, and stand sharing.
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert on Salesforce business process for sales teams.
- Assist with administrative activities for pipeline data and event floor plan queries.
- Key liaison with Billings, Credit Control, Customer Service, Operations for post sale handover.
