- Manage a portfolio of high value key accounts with significant contract values
- Develop and maintain strong, long term relationships with senior stakeholders
- Achieve and exceed individual revenue and profit targets
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross selling, renewals, and new business development
- Adopt a consultative approach to understand client objectives and business needs
- Develop customized partnership proposals aligned with client objectives and event offerings
- Proactively identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts and new prospects
- Attend events and liaise with exhibitors and sponsors onsite
- Work closely with content, marketing, operations, and sales teams to ensure alignment
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and relevant market developments

Job Summary
- The Sales Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key clients within the exhibitions and events sector.
- The role focuses on driving revenue, building long term client relationships, and delivering tailored sponsorship and exhibition solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of high value key accounts with significant contract values.
- Develop and maintain strong, long term relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients throughout the sales cycle and event lifecycle.
- Achieve and exceed individual revenue and profit targets.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross selling, renewals, and new business development.
- Convert prospects into long term clients through effective relationship building and tailored solutions.
- Adopt a consultative approach to understand client objectives, marketing goals, and business needs.
- Conduct research to gain insight into client industries, trends, and market challenges.
- Develop customized partnership proposals aligned with client objectives and event offerings.
- Proactively identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts and new prospects.
- Build pipelines and develop opportunities into sustainable, long term relationships.
- Contribute to the growth of the event portfolio through strategic account expansion.
