Responsible for delivering high-profile events across the group's venues, coordinating closely with DMCC and other key stakeholders, cultivating strong relationships with multinational clients, and actively promoting the group's offerings and services.

• Sales Strategy & Revenue Generation: Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive event and group booking revenue across venues. Generate and convert leads for private events, brand activations, and group bookings through proactive outreach.
• Proposal & Contract Management: Prepare and manage proposals and contracts, maintaining accurate sales tracking and forecasting throughout the sales cycle.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, event agencies, and multinational partners. Act as the primary contact during the sales process, including site visits and post-event follow-ups to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Event Coordination Support: Act as a liaison between clients and the General Manager by sharing requirements, event briefs, and logistics. Attend select events to ensure client satisfaction and provide on-ground support.
