The group manages restaurants, lounges, bars, and clubs focused on cuisine, entertainment, and guest experiences.
Role Summary
Plan and coordinate private and corporate events from confirmation through execution.
Liaise with DMCC and other key stakeholders while serving as the main client contact after booking confirmation.
Work with operations, AV, and marketing teams to ensure event details are prepared.
Event Planning and Coordination
- Manage confirmed bookings from planning through execution.
- Coordinate menus, room setups, timelines, and special requests.
- Prepare run sheets and brief relevant teams ahead of each event.
On-Site Execution
- Attend events to oversee setup, manage timelines, and handle issues on the spot.
- Act as the main contact for the client and guests during the event.
