Role Summary
The Sales Manager is responsible for delivering high-profile events across the group's venues.
The role coordinates with DMCC and other stakeholders, develops multinational client relationships, and promotes the group's offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for event and group-booking revenue.
- Generate and convert leads for private events, brand activations, and group bookings.
- Prepare proposals and contracts and maintain sales tracking and forecasting.
- Build relationships with clients, event agencies, and multinational partners.
- Manage client communication through sales, site visits, and post-event follow-up.
- Share requirements, event briefs, and logistics with the General Manager.
- Attend selected events to support client satisfaction and on-ground delivery.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Culinary, and Operations teams on event offerings.
- Support content creation, partnerships, influencer engagement, community initiatives, and venue promotion.
- Track market trends and competitor activity.
Qualifications
- Proven hospitality-sector experience, preferably in Dubai.
- Expertise managing large-scale events with active entertainment components.
- Ability to attract high-end clients through an existing database and professional network.
- Strong negotiation skills and end-to-end proposal and contract management experience.
- Engaging communication style and ability to exceed client expectations.
