Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and driven
Sales Manager
- to join our real estate sales team, with a focus on luxury properties and off-plan projects.
- This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of some of the UAE’s most prestigious
- real estate and branded residences.
- We work with Branded Residences such as:
- **JW Marriott Residences**
- **Wyndham Residences**
- **Jacob & Co**
- **Ramada**
- **Vienna House**
- In addition, we are expanding across key communities, including Dubai Islands, Marjan Island, Dubai South, JVC, Arjan, and DLRC.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive sales across luxury and off-plan real estate projects, consistently achieving and exceeding targets.
- Build strong relationships with clients, brokers, and investors, offering expert advice on investment opportunities.
- Actively source new business opportunities and maintain a strong pipeline.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approach.
- Deliver timely and accurate reporting on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including marketing and operations to align on business goals.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of Off plan real estate sales experience or 2+ years of real estate developer sales experience
- Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market—particularly off-plan and luxury segments.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Energetic, assertive, and confident in client-facing environments.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Language requirements: Arabic, French, Russian, Hindi or native English speakers (preferred).
