Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven

Sales Director

  • to lead our real estate sales team, with a focus on luxury properties and off-plan projects.
  • This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of some of the UAE’s most prestigious branded residences.
  • We work with Branded Residences such as:
  • **JW Marriott Residences**
  • **Wyndham Residences**
  • **Jacob & Co**
  • **Ramada**
  • **Vienna House**
  • In addition, we are expanding across key communities, including Dubai Islands, Marjan Island, Dubai South, JVC, Arjan, and More.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the real estate sales team, setting clear targets and ensuring goals are achieved.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and growth across luxury and off-plan projects.
  • Oversee the full sales lifecycle, ensuring strong pipeline management and consistent deal flow.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, brokers, and investors.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine strategies.
  • Deliver timely and accurate reporting on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline.
  • Mentor, coach, and motivate team members to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and operations to align sales execution with business objectives.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of real estate sales experience,
  • including leadership or team management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market—particularly off-plan and luxury segments.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, implement strategy, and exceed revenue targets.
  • Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and decision-making skills.
  • Highly organised, strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
  • Language requirements: Arabic, French, Russian, or native English speakers (preferred).
