- Drive sales across luxury and off plan real estate projects, consistently achieving and exceeding targets
- Build strong relationships with clients, brokers, and investors, offering expert advice on investment opportunities
- Actively source new business opportunities and maintain a strong pipeline
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approach
- Deliver timely and accurate reporting on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including marketing and operations to align on business goals
Requirements
- 4+ years of off plan real estate sales experience or 2+ years of real estate developer sales experience
- Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market, particularly off plan and luxury segments
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Language requirements: Arabic, French, Russian, Hindi or native English speakers (preferred)

Job Description
- Seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join the real estate sales team, focusing on luxury properties and off plan projects.
- Work with branded residences such as JW Marriott Residences, Wyndham Residences, Jacob & Co, Ramada, and Vienna House.
- Expanding across key communities including Dubai Islands, Marjan Island, Dubai South, JVC, Arjan, and DLRC.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive sales across luxury and off plan real estate projects, consistently achieving and exceeding targets.

What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of off plan real estate sales experience or 2+ years of real estate developer sales experience.

- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Energetic, assertive, and confident in client facing environments.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Language requirements: Arabic, French, Russian, Hindi or native English speakers (preferred).
