Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced and driven Relationship Manager
  • to lead our real estate sales team, with a focus on
  • luxury properties and off-plan projects
  • .
  • This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of some of the UAE’s most prestigious branded residences.
  • Currently, we are hiring for:
  • **JW Marriott Residences – Dubai Islands by CG Group**
  • **Wyndham Residences – Marjan Island**
  • In addition, we are expanding across key communities, including
  • Dubai Islands, Marjan Island, Dubai South, JVC, Arjan, and DLRC.

Job Responsibilities

  • Create a network of channel partners or Real Estate Companies to empanel with Invespy.
  • Engage with the partners onboarded and train them on the all new developers; projects and stock
  • Find and empanel relevant local and international partners for all the projects under Invespy.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales.
  • Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face-to-face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking, and social selling to clients within the assigned territory
  • Qualify prospects against company criteria for ideal customers and sales.
  • Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with prospects
  • Draft and deliver proposals
  • Report on sales activity (Daily Report)
  • Keep detailed notes on prospect and customer interactions (adding and updating opportunities for effective follow-up)
  • Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace
  • Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity

What We’re Looking For

  • **2+ years**
  • of real estate sales experience.
  • **Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market**
  • —particularly off-plan and luxury segments.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and exceed sales targets.
  • Energetic, assertive, and a strong presence in client engagements.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
