- Experience managing and developing high performing sales teams
- Established network of brokers, investors, and industry contacts
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics

Overview
- We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Director of Sales & Marketing to lead the sales and marketing strategy for a growing real estate developer.
- This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, leading high performing sales teams, managing broker and investor relationships, overseeing project launches, and ensuring the successful delivery of sales and marketing objectives across a portfolio of residential and mixed us
