Role Description

  • This is a full time on site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
  • The Sales Executive will be responsible for leads follow up and sales.
  • Daily tasks include identifying potential customers, approaching prospects, negotiating deals, and ensuring a smooth sales process.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Residential Real Estate Sales with Indian Developer / Brokerage.
  • Knowledge of Property Market Trends, New Launches, and key Developers.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus) and strong presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Strong problem solving and decision making capabilities.
  • Relevant certifications or a degree in Business, Sales, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
