Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with MDM solution design, configuration, and development, preferably using EBX.
• Implement and maintain data models, workflows, and user roles under guidance.
• Develop basic Java code for validations, business rules, and UI customizations.
• Handle data steward requests and incidents through AMS support.
• Support data migration, integration, testing, data quality, and governance activities.
• Troubleshoot basic EBX issues and escalate complex problems.
• Maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data validation and reporting.
• Gain exposure to REST and SOAP APIs used with EBX.
• Learn and adapt to enterprise MDM processes and functionalities.

What We Are Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in software or application development or data management.
• Experience with Java for scripting and customizations.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Understanding of golden records, data quality, and data governance.
• Strong problem-solving skills, willingness to learn, and adaptability.
• Good communication skills and collaborative teamwork ability.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.

Nice to Have

• TIBCO EBX certification or equivalent.
• Knowledge of cloud-native architecture and EBX deployment on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and Docker or Kubernetes.
• Experience with data migration strategies and tools.
