800CarGuru is seeking a revenue-focused sales leader for one automotive revenue division.
The role is full-time and on-site in Dubai, UAE.
The assigned division is expected to generate AED 3,000,000 or more in monthly sales.
Core Mission
- Build and manage the right sales team for the assigned division.
- Set daily targets and control lead response and follow-up.
- Improve conversion rates and increase average ticket value.
- Upsell and cross-sell to increase division sales.
- Track every lead and lost opportunity.
- Forecast revenue daily and deliver the monthly sales target.
Potential Divisions
Service Advisor or workshop sales may involve approximately 1,000 vehicles per month.
Call center service leads may involve approximately 3,000 qualified service leads per month.
Battery and tyre divisions involve high-volume leads or customers, conversion, upselling, and division sales.
Each potential division has a target of AED 3,000,000 or more in monthly sales.
Candidate Profile
- Candidates should have proven sales leadership and measurable revenue performance.
- Candidates must be able to build and manage a team that converts supplied leads or customers into monthly revenue.
- Applicants are expected to demonstrate prior revenue, lead volume, conversion rate, average ticket value, and team management results.
